*Swedish Massage*
The term "Swedish Massage" refers to a variety of techniques specifically designed to relax muscles by applying pressure to them against deeper muscles and bones, and rubbing in the direction of blood flowing to the heart. Its main purpose is to increase the oxygen flow in the blood and to release toxins from the muscles. It is known for its original strokes that compose its method: effleurage (stroking), petrissage (kneading), tapotement (striking), and frictions (rubbing), with vibration added later. The main purpose of Swedish massage is to increase the oxygen flow in the blood and release toxins from the muscles. The many benefits of Swedish massage that have been recorded throughout massage history include: it shortens recovery time from muscular strain by flushing the tissues of lactic acid, uric acid, and other metabolic wastes. It increases circulation without increasing heart load. It stretches the ligaments and tendons keeping them supple and pliable. It affects the nerves, muscles, glands, and circulation, promoting health and well being.

*Reflexology *
is a holistic modality viewing the human body as made up of individual parts dependent upon each other. They are constantly interacting with one another. Therefore one can not just address a manifested symptom without its having an affect on another aspect of the body whether physical, mental or spiritual.
We are biochemically individuals affected by our choices of lifestyles and diet. Who we are around, what we do and what we put into and onto our bodies, our emotions and attitudes also can affect the physical, mental and spiritual part of our beings. Applying a physical stimulation to a body reflex point or nerve ending, simply changing diet or lifestyle can stimulate another area of the body and bring about a change causing a state of balance or harmony in a body system. Thus the body can heal itself.

*Neuromuscular Therapy*
or "deep tissue massage" is the manual application of specialized strokes and pressure, usually delivered by a finger or thumb. It also is the utilization of static pressure on specific myofacial points to relieve pain. This type of massage is not a relaxing massage but more of a reducement of pain for a client. Neuromuscular Therapy addresses the release of tissues in layers, superficial to deep and is done slowly and with little lubricant.

*Chair Massage*
is a very convenient method of massage therapy. It last about 15 minutes, is done while fully clothed and can be done practically anywhere. A chair massage promotes better circulation and muscle stimulation. This form of massage reduces tension in the back, neck and shoulders; thus providing deep relaxation. A chair massage revitalizes your anatomy and encourages overall well-being.
Aroma therapy is the practice of healing the body, altering the mood, and or changing the chemistry of the body via olfactory ingestion and skin absorption of essential oils.

*What Is Ear Candling?*
Ear Candling, also known as Ear Coning, is the process of removing a build up of excess wax within the ears. Its ancient origins come to us from the Native American Indians, the Chinese, Egyptian, Mayan, Atlantean and Tibetan cultures. History actually dates it back to the Atlantis and Lemuria era.
Ear Candling has proven to help people with the following problems
• Sinus congestion
• Headaches
• Hearing problems
• Colds
• Flu
• Sinus infections
• Ear aches & infections
• Lymphatic congestion
• Balance & equilibrium
• Swollen glands
• Sore throats
• Detoxification
• Candida
• Allergies
• Parasites
• Fungus growth
• Mucus & many more symptoms
How Does Ear Candling Work & is it safe?
Ear Candling is very safe. Some of the best cones (or candles) are made from bees wax and organic linen and soaked or treated with herbs. They are hollow in nature and once inserted gently into the ear canal, they draw the wax and bacteria from the ear like a vacuum. The heat from the flames creates a very warm pleasant sensation in the ear area. Some report a feeling of the sinuses opening up, a lighter and less congested feeling and a soothing, warming effect.
Other sensations a crackling sound and gentle pulling as excess wax is being removed.

*Paraffin wax foot/hand bath*
Relaxation and healing benefits are bestowed
upon the skin and joints of the feet and hands upon immersion into warm
paraffin wax. The smoothing, exfoliating properties of the wax leave
feet and hands soft as well.
Feet and/or hands are dipped into warm wax and then wrapped in
plastic wrap and put into a mitt or bootie. Once the wax has set, it is
peeled off and the practitioner gently massages the hands and/or feet.
Wax baths are wonderful for people with arthritis in their hands and feet. Each session lasts about 30 minutes.
